We’ve seleted a choice of traditional french recipes prepared in jars whitin our partner, simply heatthy, fine and authentic dishes. You can customize your menu as you see fit with the wide selection available to you (starters, main courses and desserts).

Le Central presents its ‘Anytime catering » menu. So do not hesitate to order your  meals at the reception.

As regards the wine menu, it goes wonderfully with every dish. If most of the great French wine regions are present in the Hôtel Le Central's wine cellar, don't miss out on tasting (in moderation) the local designations: Buzet, Pacherenc, Jurançon, Madiran, Saint-Mont… all of these wines, especially, are also offered by the glass!

Presented in the form of a buffet, it thrills those who prefer a continental breakfast, just as much as those who savour the Full English breakfast! On the French (continental) breakfast menu, biscuits and pies from the Hautes-Pyrenees, rice or sweetcorn savoury pancakes, jams, muesli...

The Full English breakfast, gives you another chance to taste some local produce: Noir pig ham, sheep's milk cheese, country yogurt... with, of course, a large selection of teas... and bacon and boiled eggs on request!

What a joy to relax after a day of skiing or hiking! In an atmosphere designed for relaxing the body and mind, the "Nordic Square" of the *** Hôtel Le Central reserves for you the benefits of its Jacuzzi and its sauna.

 Nothing like starting afresh for new discoveries!

Access to the "Nordic Square" : 9 € per person (jacuzzi, sauna, rest area, shoes and bathrobe). Package charged once for the entire stay.

First of all, there is the little reception lounge, very friendly with its fireplace, its adjacent library... and the bar which invites you to order drinks and coffees, to be enjoyed whilst comfortably sat down on one of the soft, spongy sofas.

And then, there is the large lounge, more intimate, more set back, ideal for reading magazines or books made available to you by the *** Hôtel Le Central, or to connect to the whole world in the Business Corner area. 

You can also manage your day-to-day business there, answer emails, print documents...

And you can have your breakfast or your dinner outside... while staying in the *** Hôtel Le Central, of course! And there you have the invite which will guarantee you a lovely time. 

The hotel garden is also a beautiful place to relax in a deckchair, to discover the square of aromatic herbs or to pinch a few blackberries, raspberries or redcurrants!
